Yotelpad Miami, developed by Aria Development Group and Aqarat, is a newly constructed building. It consists of a total of 453 units, with 222 hotel rooms and 231 condo rooms. The units range from studios to two-bedroom floorplans. The architectural design of Yotelpad Miami is done by Stantec. Each unit is thoughtfully designed with integrated living and dining areas. The interiors are fully finished and feature contemporary flooring, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and European kitchen and baths. The kitchen and baths are equipped with custom cabinetry, stone finishes, and Smeg Designer Italian appliances. Additionally, the units are furnished with high-end appliances such as Electrolux washer and dryer, Grohe and Toto bath fixtures, Smart thermostats, Smart Lock System, and custom furniture packages.
